PRAYER LETTER MAY TO AUGUST, 2023
East Pharsalia, NY. USA. June 13, 2023

Fellow Citizens OF Heaven, 
  I came to USA April 19, 2023.  My brother, sister, and Br John Moore of Good Samaritan Ministries each of Jacksonville, FL helped me get started.  Again I bought a van from Steve Tillman.  I prayed for guidance and help to make a schedule.  I am reminded of Eliezer the eldest servant of Abraham whom Abraham sent to his country and kindred to find a wife for Isaac. After the servant found Abraham’s family he said “…I being in the way, the LORD led me to the house of my master’s brethren.”  Genesis 24:27
  I am thankful to have visited Cornerstone Baptist Church in Jacksonville, FL a supporting church.  Pastor Frankie Cleveland held a 4-day revival meeting at that time.  It was a blessing to me to give a testimony in the church that sent me out in 1971, Trinity Baptist Church in Jacksonville, FL.  I spoke also in the Sunday School women’s class Tender Loving Care of TBC.  I was also blessed to visit Sally Lauderdale in Wrens, GA.  Her husband George has passed away but to fellowship with her and her daughter Lois who cares for her was an encouragement for me.  Then to Spartanburg, SC to Oleksander & Zenya Nagayevskyy with their 5 children.  They left Ukraine-UA early in the Russian war.  Oleksander translated for me in UA when he was in high school.  I visited Glenn & Jeanne Fogle whom I have known since Tennessee Temple Schools-TTS in the 1960s.  He also received a burden for the Jewish people while at TTS.  We visited the Billy Graham Library in Charlotte, NC which was an inspiring visit.  The Christians working there were quite encouraging.  In Fuquay Varina, NC I visited Jonathan & Vivian Pierce.  They were in Jerusalem for study for a year while I was living in Israel.  I also visited Dick Tredinnick in Gainesville, VA.  His wife Carole has passed away.  They traveled with me for 5 months in Europe and East Europe.  
  I am thankful to have been 3 days with graduates of my 1959 high school graduation reunion (64th) in Bethesda-Chevy Chase,MD.  The many conversations were special. I was at Calvary Bible Church-CBC in Ellerslie, MD a supporting church.  It was great to be with the founding pastor Ken & Carol Korns.  He is now retired and the church has no pastor now.  The youth pastor Aaron Hosteller is filling in now.  There was a blessing in returning to Horntown Baptist Church-HBC in Horntown, VA.  I stayed on Chincoteague Island while there.  Pentecost  Sunday was May 28.  I taught on The Feast of Weeks-Pentecost in CBC & HBC.  I was with Albert Laube in Bethlehem, PA.  We were in TTS together and he is supporting my ministry.  Traveling from place to place offers me the opportunity to sleep in State Parks & campsites.  There I meet people as I give out tracts.  In Bethlehem I received Bible posters from Gospel Text Mission.  I need the metal H stands for them.  One of my supporters recently died, Jeanne Allen.  We were in TTS together.  She had a burden for the Jewish people.  As a nurse she worked in a Jewish run hospital. “prayer to God for Israel is that they might be saved.” Rom 10:1
  June 9-13 Jerry Sayles with East Pharsalia Baptist Church in NY was visited.  They have no pastor for the last 3 years.  Br. Jerry’s wife died about 1 year ago.  Br. Jerry helps to keep the church open.  They renovated the inside of the church recently.  This church was established in 1840.  June 14-19 Pastor Lee Pickett, Fellowship Baptist Church in Watertown, NY.  Br. Pickett pastored Burntwood Baptist in Thompson, Manitoba, Canada for several years.  He is a friend of Israel.  June 27-28 Wintersville Baptist Temple in Wintersville, OH.  The pastor is Troy Thacker who used to pastor Grace Baptist in Orange, VA.  I will go to Dan & John Flasman in Chesterton, IN-Indiana.  From there I want to visit the graves of my parents in Glen Ellyn, IL.  My cousin Coralie Williams lives nearby.  I then return to Jaoksonville, FL.
  I leave July 26 for Romania for 1 month, returning Aug. 31 to Jacksonville, FL.  I will speak in the Living Hope Baptist Church in Hunadoara, RO July 30-Aiug. 2, pastor Mihai Czentyte.  There will be 4 meetings teaching on fasting.  Then Aug. 4-7 in Brasov with John Poenar and Vesta Buna-Good News Mission.  I met John P. in 1988 and I have worked with him in all the years since 1990 to 2020.  This meeting will be the 30th year anniversary of Vesta Buno.  Afterwards there may be a camp with the church in Mioveni that I have had camps with for 20 years.
  Please continue praying for Ovidiu Damnariu in Cisnedia.  His electorates are 3,600 and he needs 4,000-11,000.  He and his wife Neli helped me greatly in the summer camps in RO.   Corena Talpos in their church has not yet had her second stem cell transplant.  She had a reoccurrence and is now receiving chemotherapy until July.  Dana Hozat also of Cisnedia, her cancer has spread to her liver and spine.  My heart doctor in France said I should check the size of my aorta.  I will try to get it checked in Mioveni while I am there for a camp.
